EDIT: Since starting the build we have now come across numerous problems with his plans. His drawings were good enough to get through planning, but not for the build. Details were missed, measurements were off, which has led to various delays, overruns and costs to the build. We have had to pay a considerable amount of money for structural purposes which would have been identified by a qualified architect. My advice is avoid using this company, and instead wait and source a proper architect, who can take proper measurements and who can provide the builder with enough detail to make the build less frustrating for everyone. My builder has tried to contact him, but often his responses aim to throw off as much as possible.
