Chris helped us secure planning permission for a large extension and self contained annex. He also provided groundwork services for the footings which was excellent as it saved a major headache. He was extremely helpful at all stages of the build with advice on building regs and other tips. Thoroughly nice guy and very knowledgable on all manners planning.

I prefer to use independent traders myself as I feel you get a more personal service along with more help and advice and Chris never failed in these areas.
We had a lot of problems with Medways planning department and ultimately went through the appeals process which we one hands down.

After years of being told that we’d never get planning permission to return a derelict bungalow back into a dwelling… along came Chris. Right from the start he had a positive, can-do attitude. My wife and myself know nothing of planning, building regs etc. Chris took care of everything, from beginning to end. Not only did he get us planning permission, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, he also made a second, successful application for us to have it doubled in size. We phoned Chris in mid August and we received our planning permission in mid October, just perfectly splendid.

Thanks to Chris we have had a 5 year battle resolved,through perserverence and excellent plans.
We now have permission for the driveway we have been after for this time,so will be forever grateful.
If anyone is reading this and deciding who to use to help them with plans etc,do not go else where,we really thought we had no chance and along came Chris,who steered us through to a succesful conclusion.
